Cowls are a beautiful fashion accessory and I’ve found dozens of free patterns to share. Cowls can be thick, bulky and warm or light, airy and lacy. Cowls can also be just large enough to make your neck and shoulders cozy or they can be made longer, like an infinity scarf, and wrap around your neck more than once.
